Biography
French guitarist TEKA is a pure product of 1980s rock and hard rock, whose flamboyant style reflects the influence of the guitarists of that excessive and colorful era.
TEKA made a name for himself thanks to his instrumental cover videos posted on the Internet, in which his melodic, expressive guitar replaces his voice, and his videos now rack up several million views.
In 2020, he released his first album, Volume 1, compiling eleven of his cover arrangements (from AC/DC to Scorpions, Indochine, Queen and Johnny Hallyday). In 2022, he joined the United Guitars project to record the 4th opus.
He also teaches guitar, and works as an instructor at Bands-Camp. With LNA Guitar Effects, he developed two signature pedals: the TEKA (High Gain distortion pedal) and the White Bird (Reverb Shimmer).
