A Native from Minsk, Belarus, Elina (Ella) Chekan holds Master of Music degrees in Orchestral Conducting, Pedagogy and Classical Guitar Performance from the Belarus Academy of Music and a Master of Music degree from Yale University.

Combining active performance and teaching careers, Elina performs as a soloist and chamber musician around the world.
